Accounts & Settings

Account setup

To setup your account you add your mobile number, your company name and your logo.

Then you login with your PIN.

Change settings

In the Admin panel you have access to all the settings if you want to change or add details.

Add videbox to website

In Admin panel you find the script to for easy setup.

To find the script, choose menu item “Developer” and click on second option ” How to integrate live streaming player on your website”

Here you find “Instruction-videos” for most used CMS.

Customer contest basics

All our video contests is a fight between your customers to buy from you!

Use generic video contest.

In Admin panel you find the menu item “Video center”.

Being there you click on “New video” and choose type of video contest to create.

Then you click on “Choose from template”. Doing that you choose from generic videos-contests recorded by professional show hosts.

Record your video contest

In Admin panel you find the menu item “Video center”.

Being there you click on “New video” and choose type of video contest to create. Then you click on “Record video”

Add video contest details

Mandatory settings for all videos are:

Amount of winners
Amount of minimum partakers
What to win (the prize)
Time period for contest
Validity for prize (latest time to redeem the win)

Then each type of contest has their specific details. See FAQ for specific contest.

Sharing video contests

You as creator can easily share any video individually.

You find a “share icon” beneath each video. Clicking on that you get access to link, QR-code and all the easy share options.

You can access same options as viewer/ partaker.

What about winners?

When your contest is closed, you click on a button to find the winners. Then you just use the SMS function to inform them with all details about their win.

Depending on your choice to offer the prize for redemption online or at your street location, customers will find accurate information. Both in the SMS and when enter the videobox at your website.

Upload a Minivideo from Admin panel

1. Go to Menu item “video center.

2. Find the video for which you want to add a Minivideo and click on the “Play button” below that video.

3. Then click on the button “Choose video”

Create a link for external upload of Minivideo

1. Go to Menu item “video center.

2. Find the video for which you want to add a Minivideo and click on the “share button” below that video.

Video types

You have three types to choose between. You let convenience, exclusivity and budget decide.

Generic customer contest

Generic customer contest refer to the video. The video is a pre-recorded video where add the contest details yourself.

This is most cost efficient choice. A generic video is recorded so it can be used by several orderer simultaneously.

Individual generic customer contest

The difference is that the generic video is individual for the you as orderer. The video in itself is recorded in such a way that you can use same video over and over again.

Exclusive customer contest

This is a customer contest recorded exclusively for you as orderer. The content is such as you can’t used it more than on one ocassion.

Minivideo

Minivideo is a video in your main video. Preferable use is to explain, show and accentuate what you are talking about in your main video.

Used in a customer contest, you are able to add value for your contest bringing interest for the prize to win in a Minivideo inside your customer contest video.

Deal is like an upside-down action where your customers will see price tick down. Then each partaker will have to decide when it is the right for him.

But to win the prize chosen has to be in the top list of the bids. If not the partaker will not win.

Apart form the mandatory contest details you set your start price and lowest price.

Start price is the your normal or original price. Then lowest price is the lowest price you can go down to for selling.

Drop

Drop is the easiest way to offer anything to your customers but having them to fight for it. Your drop can be whatever you want a gift card, product, offer, gift, etc.

Viewers just click to partake and to have the chance to win.

This is easy, here are no specific details.

Guess & Win

Partaking in a contest

To partake viewers do not have to download of any app or software. Not even register is required to partake.

To win a contest

In each contest partakers get the understanding that to win they have to register. Then automatically after partaking each viewer get the opportunity to register with a PIN-code.

“If you want to win you have to register.

You do that by just using your mobile number.

That way we can inform you that you are a lucky winner”

When a contest is won

After the contest has finished each winner will get a “congratulation message” via SMS. That message will contain all information needed to redeem the win.

Redeem the win

In the SMS winner will find the needed details.

Redeem online

If the prize is to be redeemed online there will be a link in the SMS. A win can be used only once.

Redeem at a location

If the prize is to be redeemed at a location (store or restaurant on the street). Winner brings the mobile to the location. In the SMS there is a link. Open that link for the representative from store restaurant, and the win can be redeemed.

Location will then “close the win”. A win can be used only once.
