Fashion is known to be tough business. And already from start Kristin realized the importance of adapting to changes. Thus the presence on social media became a natural channel to maintain contact with their customers. With the same reasoning it wasn’t a hard choice to make when deciding to set up their own webshop.
Now the issue is that Social media has changed. The biggest change is related to legislations of how individual information and data can be used. Here restrictions in how algorithms may target have worsened hit accuracy thus result such as visitors and views.
Then Baerre Laekkert was presented a concept with focus on “customer relationship”. Considering the nature of business the concept base is video contests. And where Live is used mainly to “meet customers” and for sales activities.
