- Bajazzo have been able to direct and increase sales for days that are not usually “fast food days”, without loosing sales the normal good days.

Bajazzo use Live streaming mainly to engage with customers. The way engagement is performed is basically from the use of the skins Live drops, Live deals and Live quiz!
Once a week Bajazzo (with some exceptions), and with the message, “Now we are going live…!” SMS has been sent out to their followers. Then as their customers have fun playing to get a good deal, Bajazzo has won an easy way to maintain the crucial customer engagement.

Video driving traffic
The video has had mainly one simple purpose – to drive traffic when Bajazzo are not being live. Then keep in mind that traffic to most part consist of new guests.
